The following Mains will be served and we ask that you make your selection when submitting your RSVPs

* Coriander-and-thyme crusted beef fillet topped with a cafe de Paris butter, roasted pumpkin, truffle potato espoma, beetroot puree and garlic sauteed broccolini.

* Pan-seared Norwegian salmon topped with a pistachio dust, lemon yogurt, cauliflower gratin and orange poached baby carrots.

* Grilled aubergine steak, blackened babaganoush, bulgar wheat salad, pickled baby onion and pan fried baby corn.
